Wildfire has a strong destructive effect, which resulted in a few hours burn dozens of hectares of forest. Restoring forest fires process is very long and complicated. In order to avoid fire wood, forest industry workers have to put a lot of effort. About how to protect forests from fires and extinguish forest fires told Nadezhda Smirnova - chief forester of the Krasnoyarsky forestry. Students learned that forest restoration begins with the preparation for planting that are grown in greenhouses of pre-built forestry staff of the Krasnoyarsk forest.
Nadezhda Smirnova told the children that the control over the forests of the Samara region using special video systems, helicopters and even unmanned aerial vehicles. Nadezhda Smirnova showed students a presentation of the students, it became clear that the difference between "Lower" and "Upper" forest fires, how is the fire extinguishing and the measures taken by forestry workers to prevent forest fires.
At the end of "Eco-hour" students asked questions and thanked the lecturer for a very interesting and unusual lesson.
